Update on single filing system through API based integration between Stock Exchanges

Relevant Regulations: Regulation 27(2), 13(3) & 44(3) of LODR and 76 of Depository Regulations
 

 

This is with reference to earlier Circular no. 20240930-60 dated September 30, 2024 issued by BSE w.r.t Single filing system through API based integration between the Stock Exchanges.
 
In continuation of the same, single filing system has been extended for filing of disclosures pertaining to voting results of shareholders meeting w.e.f December 28, 2024.
 
With this, single filing system through API based integration shall now be available for the below mentioned disclosures:
 
a) Corporate Governance Report (Regulation 27(2), LODR)
b) Investor Grievance Report( Regulation 13(3), LODR)
c) Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Regulation 76, SEBI(Depositories & Participants)Regulations, 2018) 
d) Meetings of shareholders and voting(Regulation 44(3), LODR)
 

Listed entities are now required to avoid multiple filings of the same disclosure on both the Stock Exchanges.
