The Income Tax Department has enabled the updated Forms 3CA-3CD and 3CB-3CD on the e-Filing portal in line with the recent amendments introduced via Notification No. 23/2025. These changes reflect revisions in the tax audit reporting requirements under Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act. The updated forms must be used for all applicable filings from the effective date onward.
